Jennifer Lynch
MEd, AMI 0-3, AMS 3-6

Jennifer Lynch has been working with children age birth - 6 years and their families for over 20 years.
Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education with a Concentration in the Montessori method from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. She received her BA in Education and Developmental Psychology at Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
Ms. Lynch attended The Montessori Institute of Denver, CO and the New England Montessori Teacher Education Center in Newton, MA and is certified to teach by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) for children birth – 3 years old and by the American Montessori Society (AMS) for children age 3 – 6 years old.
Ms. Lynch is certified by the Massachusetts Board of Education and the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care to teach Toddler, Preschool and Elementary age students.
Jennifer has worked as an educator and administrator in public and private school settings, group childcare centers and Montessori Programs in, New York, Virginia, Metro west and the Boston, MA area. A mother herself, Jennifer has 2 girls, Meredith and Charlotte. Jennifer and the girls reside in Auburn, MA.

Ayesha Azam
DEEC Teacher Preschool, AMS 3-6

Ms. Ayesha has been working in the Montessori schools since 2017. She completed her Montessori teacher training from the Montessori Institute of New England in Beverly, MA. She is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care to teach Preschool students. She is also pursuing an undergraduate degree in early childhood education at Quinsigamond Community College.
Ms. Ayesha enjoys working with young children and watch them grow and flourish. She believes that every child has a great potential to learn and her job as a teacher is to support a child’s physical, emotional and social development. She also thinks that the Montessori philosophy in education works best when there is a beautiful blend and perfect balance of structure and freedom in the classroom.
Ms. Ayesha is from Pakistan and moved to the US in 2007. She lives in Westborough with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she likes cooking, hiking, traveling and reading stories to her kids. She is passionate about visiting new places and has been to six countries and 17 states in the USA.
Samantha Walsh,

Sam has been working with and supporting families of young children for 10 years. She began her educational journey at Mount Wachusett Community College where she studied Early Education and Literature. She is studying Early Childhood Education at Ashworth College. Sam has worked with Elementary Age Students, managed summer camps and after school enrichment programs prior to teaching in Early Childhood.  From Miss Sam, “I am an avid reader, I enjoy reading novels, poetry and comic books. In school I am enrolled in a variety of courses including Children's Literature and the study of the Origins and the Philosophy of Comic Books. I am passionate about Science and have studied Astrophysics, Astronomy and Environmental Sciences. I also love Art, coffee and the great outdoors.”
Kelly Morin

Kelly Morin has been with Mighty Oaks since 2015.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield State University in 2003. She received a Diploma from North American Progressive Montessori Training program for students Age 6 to 9 years old. Her certifications from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care include: Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, Preschool Lead Teacher and Director II qualified. Miss Kelly is a proud mother of three very active boys and has over fifteen years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.   She served as Director and Lead Preschool Teacher of a local Montessori school for eight years as well as an Assistant Director of a Childcare Center.  Kelly has taught in all levels of Early Childhood Education, Infant/Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. Previously, she also worked as a home visitor and monitor of Family Child Care Providers in the Southern Worcester County Area.   I also have taught in Early Head Start Programs and have gained experience as a curriculum specialist developing curriculum for children 0-3 years of age.   Miss Kelly has great passion and dedication for educating children from birth to school aged.   Her hobbies are coaching sports and attending her boys sporting events. She enjoys scrapbooking, creative crafting and relaxing on Sunday afternoons with her family.  Miss Kelly possesses a passion for helping others, including donating her time to charitable events within the community.Kelly Morin has taught at Mighty Oaks since 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield State University in 2003. She received a Diploma from North American Progressive Montessori Training program for students Age 6 to 9 years old.

Bryanna Reilly

Miss Bry has grown up in Massachusetts. She is an EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher who has her CPR and First Aide Certificate as well. She is currently in school for her bachelor’s degree for Early Childhood Education with plans to get her Montessori Certificate. She has a daughter who attends Montessori school and has always had a passion for the Montessori Method. Bryanna has experience in many classrooms of different ages and absolutely loves working with children. On her downtime, she loves spending time with her family. They enjoy hiking, the beach, the mountains and practicing yoga.
Sue Radziewicz

 Miss Sue is an experienced Early Childhood Educator. Miss Sue is Teacher certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Prior to joining Mighty Oaks Montessori School Sue worked in an area Daycare Center.  Sue is an experienced manager, spending her Summers managing Dresser Hill Dairy Barn.  Sue is an amazing person, teacher and dedicated employee.   We are so happy to have her at MOM! Sue has two children, both graduates of Shepherd Hill Regional Highschool in Charlton, MA.  Sue grew up in Shrewsbury, MA and now resides in Charlton, MA with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Alexis and Kyle.A

Meghan Sjogren
Meghan Sjogren is a Senior at Auburn High school.  Meghan is planning to become a teacher.  Meghan is on the National Honor Society, Student Council and Varsity Golf Team at Auburn High school.  The children love Miss Meghan!  She is an amazing young woman and we are so lucky to have her help over the school year and Summer Program.
